at night the truth hits me
but yesterday it hits me real hard that i cried so bad
i ve always wanted to be strong, for myself
but i know just one day i gotta broke down to let out all the feelings.

i always remember what was the date
it was 3 days before my birthday 060809 on a fucking thursday.
& i ve been clean since then
am proud of it but dont think i can do it anymore
if i follow my heart.

i think i ve been doing okay .
